i have A&B and Jaytech on February 14th 
i think Jaytech is a chance in a lifetime to see, can't miss it 
as for energy, sure you can...last year i went to see Ferry on a thursday night after a full day at work, 100km drive away, got home at 4.30am had a shower and went to work full day
