Where is this setting on User CP ???

you mean change your email? or disable subscriptions?

I wanted to start a new thread but this one asks the same question:
I like to disable subscriptions when I reply to a thread, its very annoying that my mailbox overflows seconds later when posting something in an end of the year countdown thread how do I do this?
