Free Universities = NO WAY!!!

H0la AH friends! I need information about " FREE UNIVERSITIES" . I live in United States and i dont have enough money to pay a university. I heard people say and talk about "free universisites in other countries" and I think is IMPOSSIBLE!!! so i starting my searching but i would like if you guys can help me with this. i dont want to get a loan!

i'am french, and university is "free", around 200$ a year for the first, the second and the third year. after its around 300$ a year for the fourth and the fifth year. For public ingenior school it's around 720$ a year.
