Ubuntu 10.04 pyörii läppäreissä (kannattaa koittaa, on vähän muuttunu parissa vuodessa systeemit). Pöytäkoneessa Windows 7, sekin vaihtuisi Ubuntuun jos Adoben softat ja pelit pyöris ilman turhaa rassaamista ja itkemistä GNU/Linuxeissa.

Gentootakin tulee rassattua säätökoneiden ja servereiden päällä, ihan pähee systeemi saada aikaa kulumaan

Linux työ alustana ihan ok mutta kyl mää PC:n kotikoneena pidän... ei kyllä ole MAC:stä mitään kokemuksia joten ei kommentia siihen.
